At present, our pricing has increased like most and labor is up 25% (due to the inclusion of trim and insulation materials costs covered by my installation crew.)

For those reasons, I can say that a 2-lite slider (horizontally active) or a double-hung (both top and bottom sashes operate and drop in for cleaning), in white color, including SuperSpacer, AND Triple-Coat Low-E and Argon gas treatment will start at around $795.00 with full screens, installed. By installed I mean the price discussed and offered includes Custom Measure, delivery, fees, and disposal of old windows and associated debris. Most homes will be done in a day!

Our Pricing remains very aggressive due to a couple facts;

> I work out of my home, therefore, I have No Expensive Office costs

> I have No management costs or sales commissions to pay out.

> I have very little marketing costs since most of my business comes by way of referrals from past customers, inexpensive marketing thru social media, and word of mouth.

> I don't play (or need to play) the "Let's make a deal" or "Let me call my boss" shuffle. I don't offer "If you buy 1 you get, FREE, 1 at half price, OR FREE installation. OR, if you let us put a sign in the yard for life,  we can give you a better price. 

Call me Old School, if you're a home owner and need 4 or more windows OR you're a apartment or condo complex and need hundreds of windows, you'll pay for all of them, just with much less markup and ZERO commissions or marketing costs passed on to you. Do you understand that commissions, office space, and management personnel may add from 50%-300% or MORE to the proposal offered by in-home sales people? Let that sink in...50% to 300% or MORE, sometimes MUCH MORE, to your price!!!  Recently, I've had present customers tell me that they had a quotes starting at over 3 TIMES what I charged for their complete window project.

To begin a conversation, You may simply jot down the total number windows you are planning on replacing. *After hearing these numbers from the "big advertisers", you may be considering replacing a few at a time. Compared to those advertisers, my proposal may allow you to now replace your ENTIRE house full of windows for less than their partial job.

Lets look at specifics. I begin with white, fusion welded windows. These will include Triple-coat Low-E with Argon gas treatment and SuperSpacer intercepts (the material that separates the panes of glass.) This SuperSpacer allows for VERY LITTLE energy transfer  from metal intercepts saving you money.

Reasons for additional charges: 1) Color- White is standard. Beige (add around 10%), Earth Brown- 15%. The price does increase more when we get into 2-tone (one color inside, a different one outside).  Style of window- Sliders, Double Hungs, Picture windows, and Casements are each priced differently due to changes of the frames, mechanisms involved, and sizing allowed for each configuration. Grids added are charged per sash.  If you want us to compare to another's proposal, we may need to drop down to their product by lowering the features of our standard installation. In general, a 10 window replacement project will cost out at approximately $7500-$9000. These prices will include professional measurements, custom fabrication, triple-coat Low-E glass, Argon gas, SuperSpacer intercepts, delivery, installation with exterior trim where needed, and disposal of old windows. Our agreement leaves nothing out, other than crazy markup. Price WILL VARY due to distance to job and number of windows in project. At this time, I'm sorry to say, we simply aren't designed to do less than 4 windows.

We are here to offer the best windows for the best prices possible. All of our quotes are SuperSpacer, Triple-coat Low-E, Argon, and full screens.  We offer Double hung, Slider style, Casement, Awning, Picture, Oriel, and Basement Hopper windows as well as Bay and Bow installs. I was recently asked if we offer sales. We can't offer 2-for-1's or 3-for-1's like some sales games, nor 40%-50%-60% OFF deals. For me, that's more of a Bait & Switch maneuver. We are, on occasion, offered small percentages off from our supplier which we can pass along on the materials side of the deal. That may be as much as 10% .

AGAIN, Keep in mind, our prices INCLUDE; Professional Measurements, Custom Manufacturing (we don't have or use "standard sizing". Every window is made to fit each opening), Guaranteed Installation, Standard Triple-Coat Low-E, Full Screens where applicable, Removal of All Debris and Old Windows from home, and Full Warranty.
